I’m a graphic web designer and a roller derby athlete, blending creativity with the discipline of sports. My passion lies in crafting visually striking designs across digital, social, and print platforms, helping brands stand out and connect with their audience.
With over 14 years of experience and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), I excel in color theory, typography, and layout composition. My creative journey has spanned branding, digital advertising, and custom Showit web design, where I bring a unique touch to each project, combining creativity with functionality. I also enjoy producing hands-on artwork, from hand lettering to murals, with some of my pieces featured in Trader Joe’s stores in the Lower East Side, Cobble Hill, and Williamsburg.
Off the digital canvas, I take on the roller derby track as Cherry Napalm, a key player on Gotham Roller Derby’s All-Star team. The same energy, teamwork, and strategic focus I use on the track shape my approach to design—balancing creativity with precision and efficiency.
As a freelance designer, I value organization, collaboration, and open communication, welcoming feedback at every step to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your brand’s vision. Meet Your Designer Derby Queen!
Originally from California, I’ve called New York City home since 2012. I love the vibrant energy of the city but need to escape to nature now and then to recharge. I like to think my style reflects this balance—a blend of bold and sleek, with a little grunge, and touched with a bit of retro flair. I like to think of it as Zen Punk.
I have a deep passion for hand lettering, painting, drawing, and crafting, and my love for exploration has taken me to diverse destinations. I never miss a chance for outdoor adventures or a relaxing day at the beach with my dog, Rex. Roller skating is also a huge part of my life—not just as a hobby but as a derby skater with Gotham Roller Derby. I wear many hats within the league, serving as a coach, home team co-captain, and co-captain and skater of the All-Star team.
This mix of creativity, adventure, and teamwork fuels everything I do, both in life and in my design work.
